WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use selected features of the Website. We process data in the following situations: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>a) Contact form \/ quotation request \/ consultation request<\/strong><br \/>Scope: first and last name, facility name (optional), e-mail address, telephone number, message content, convenient contact time.<br \/>Purpose: to respond to the inquiry and handle correspondence.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>b) Placing an order in the store<\/strong><br \/>Scope: first and last name, company\/facility details, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and data necessary to process payment.<br \/>Purpose: to conclude and perform the sales contract, process and ship the order, handle payment, issue accounting documents, and handle complaints.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website is intended <strong>exclusively for medical professionals and healthcare entities<\/strong>. To confirm professional status, the user submits an appropriate declaration; this declaration is not linked to additional identifying data. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use profiling or automated decision-making and do not obtain data from additional sources.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(a) GDPR<\/strong> \u2014 consent (e.g., contact via form),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(b) GDPR<\/strong> \u2014 necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (order fulfillment),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(c) GDPR<\/strong> \u2014 compliance with legal obligations (including tax and accounting obligations),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(f) GDPR<\/strong> \u2014 legitimate interest of the controller (handling complaints, pursuing claims, analyzing Website performance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EEA<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a rule, data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). To the extent that we use providers from outside the EEA (e.g., payment operators or analytical tools from the USA), data transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards \u2014 including the European Commission&#8217;s adequacy decision (<strong>EU-US Data Privacy Framework<\/strong>) or standard contractual clauses (SCC). <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We minimize the data retention period.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Correspondence (form\/consultation):<\/strong> for the duration of correspondence; then deleted if no cooperation occurred, or saved in the customer database if cooperation occurred. In case of no response \u2014 deleted after <strong>1 month<\/strong> from the last message. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orders:<\/strong> for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the time required by law (including accounting documents as a rule for <strong>5 years<\/strong>) and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. YOUR RIGHTS<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access your data and obtain a copy thereof,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rectify your data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>erase your data (&#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restrict processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lodge a complaint with the <strong>President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)<\/strong>, ul.
