A multicenter randomized clinical trial on a sample of 942 patients demonstrated the undisputed superiority of the ZSR 2.0 anastomat.
The average surgical procedure time using the ZSR 2.0 anastomat is only 7.6 minutes, compared to 21.4 minutes with traditional scalpel surgery.
During incision and simultaneous anastomosis, blood loss averages only 3.8 ml compared to 16.5 ml with traditional surgical excision.
Complete healing of the postoperative wound occurs after an average of 15.5 days compared to 23.6 days when using traditional manual surgical sutures.
Minimal intraoperative pain (average pain index score 1.9 / 10 vs 6.2 / 10 in the traditional method) when using 5% lidocaine cream.
0% wound infections recorded in the clinical study group. Drastic reduction of postoperative edema (only 1.9% of patients vs 21.3% with traditional procedure).
A perfectly even, clean line of mechanical cutting and automatic anastomosis ensure the highest possible patient satisfaction rate with wound appearance.
Designed in collaboration with leading urological clinics. The ZSR 2.0 Anastomat combines the highest safety of mechanical suturing with perfect, reproducible cutting aesthetics in just a few minutes.
Innovative ring integrated with staples. Stabilizes the suture, significantly improves intraoperative hemostasis, prevents keloid formation, and stimulates natural, painless staple detachment during the healing period.
A specially built-in, concave metal socket in the device footplate completely protects the sensitive frenulum area of the penis, eliminating the risk of accidental damage.
An enlarged surgical window and precise laser marking line guarantee the urologist full control over pressure force and trigger mechanism precision.
Automatic locking and release of the cutting-stapling mechanism after a single trigger pull. Eliminates the need for prolonged, tiring manual pressure during the procedure.
Version 2.0 introduces additional cytotoxicity and biocompatibility tests for the silicon healing ring, eliminating the risk of inflammatory reactions.

ZSR 2.0 is a sterile device intended for single use on one patient. Re-sterilization and reuse are prohibited due to the risk of cross-contamination and loss of blade cutting properties.
Procedures using the ZSR 2.0 urological stapler may only be performed by qualified medical specialists (urologists, surgeons) trained in device operation.
Proper measurement should be performed at room temperature at a 40-degree angle parallel to the corona of the glans using the dedicated ZSR measurement template. Golden rule: In case of a borderline measurement between two sizes, always select the larger size. Available device versions: 14 mm, 18 mm, 22 mm, 26 mm, 30 mm, 34 mm.
After the procedure, the patient should avoid strenuous physical exercise to minimize the risk of hematoma formation. Medical staples together with the silicon ring fall off spontaneously within 7-14 days. In rare cases, when individual staples remain in the skin after 3-4 weeks, manual removal in a medical office is required. In case of severe edema in patients with allergic tendencies, the attending physician may recommend anti-inflammatory or antihistamine medications.
